利用空中动目标对火控网内探测器定位原理简介

介绍一种利用火控网内各探测器对空中动目标的探测记录数据,确定各探测器相对位置坐标并评估其精度的方法。介绍了定位系统的硬件结构、工作与信息流程、数学模型。应用实例表明,此定位方法具有定位迅速、准确、自主、廉价的特点。

浅析我国新阶段下的“三农”问题

三农(农民、农业、农村)在中国城市化、工业化、现代化过程中具有不可逾越的地位,有着不可低估的人口影响、空间影响、素质影响和政治影响。由于受经济、产业、制度的制约,出现了农民增长缓慢、农业发展动力不足、农村剩余劳动力过多等“三农”问题。新的国际、国内发展阶段又加剧了“三农”问题,使其成为影响我国经济持续健康发展的重要因素。“三农”问题的解决需要新的思路、新的方法和新的措施,这要求我们必须从以下几方面思考:大力发展小城镇,转移农村剩余劳动力;调整产业结构,提高农产品市场竞争力;大力发展教育,增加劳动力的人力资本存量;加大对“三农”的支持力度,创造良好的发展环境。     

航天遥感监测信息态势感知能力分析

针对遥感监测信息的效用评估问题,提出了一种态势感知能力定量分析的新方法。首先利用NIIRS等级尺度和GIQE模型建立了遥感图像与地面目标检测率之间的联系,由此得到这些目标在监视区域出现的概率分布。然后,以地面目标在监视区域的实际分布表示使用者信息需求,并利用信息理论中的Kullback Leibler距离来度量不确定性分布和信息需求之间的差异,从而得到不同遥感侦察与监视系统态势感知能力曲线,给出了传输处理时延对态势感知能力曲线的影响。     

Evaluating methods for the reliability of a large 2‐dimensional rectangular k‐within‐consecutive‐(r,s)‐out‐of‐(m,n):F system

A 2‐dimensional rectangular k‐within‐consecutive‐(r, s)‐out‐of‐(m, n):F system consists of m × n components, and fails if and only if k or more components fail in an r × s submatrix. This system can be treated as a reliability model for TFT liquid crystal displays, wireless communication networks, etc. Although an effective method has been developed for evaluating the exact system reliability of small or medium‐sized systems, that method needs extremely high computing time and memory capacity when applied to larger systems. Therefore, developing upper and lower bounds and accurate approximations for system reliability is useful for large systems. In this paper, first, we propose new upper and lower bounds for the reliability of a 2‐dimensional rectangular k‐within‐consecutive‐(r, s)‐out‐of‐(m, n):F system. Secondly, we propose two limit theorems for that system. With these theorems we can obtain accurate approximations for system reliabilities when the system is large and component reliabilities are close to one. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 模糊集值统计理论在灭火救援指挥效能评估中的应用

在建立评估指标体系的基础上,将模糊集值统计理论应用于灭火救援指挥效能评估中。该理论方法改变了以往统计给出一个固定值的做法,而给出一个区间值,使某些具有模糊性和随机性的评估指标权值的确定更加符合实际情况。实例研究表明:该方法克服了经典统计法的不足,提高了效能评估的实用性和科学性。     

Fabrication and analysis of TIG welding-brazing butt joints of in-situ TiB2/7050 composite and TA2

Lightweight hybrid structures of Al MMCs and titanium alloy dissimilar materials have great prospect in the defence industry application. So, it is necessary to join Al MMCs with Ti metal to achieve this structural design. In this work, in-situ TiB2/7050 composite and TA2 were firstly attempted to join by TIG welding-brazing technique. The result was that the intact welding-brazing butt joint was successfully fabricated. The joint presents dual characteristics, being a brazing on TA2 side and a welding on TiB2/7050 side. At brazing joint side, ER4043 filler metal effectively wets on TA2 under TIG heating condition, and a continuous interfacial reaction layer with 1—3μm is formed at welded metal/TA2 interface. The whole interfacial reaction layers are composed of Ti(AlSi)3 intermetallic compounds (IMCs), but their morphologies at the different regions present obvious distinguishes. The microhardness of the reaction layers is as much as 141—190 HV. At welding joints side, the fusion zone appears the equixaed crystal structure, and the grain sizes are much smaller than those of welded metal, which is attributed to the effect of TiB2 particulates from the melted TiB2/7050 on acceleration formation and inhibiting growth for the new crystal nucleus. The tensile test results show that average tensile strength of the optimal welding-brazing joint is able to achieve 138 MPa. The failure of the tensile joint occurs by quasi-cleavage pattern, and the cracks initiate from the IMCs layer at the groove surface of TA2 and propagate into the welded metal.     

Barrier Lyapunov functions-based dynamic surface control with tracking error constraints for ammunition manipulator electro-hydraulic system

This paper focuses on the dynamic tracking control of ammunition manipulator system. A standard state space model for the ammunition manipulator electro-hydraulic system (AMEHS) with inherent non-linearities and uncertainties considered was established. To simultaneously suppress the violation of tracking error constraints and the complexity of differential explosion, a barrier Lyapunov functions-based dynamic surface control (BLF-DSC) method was proposed for the position tracking control of the ammunition manipulator. Theoretical analysis prove the stability of the closed-loop overall system and the tracking error converges to a prescribed neighborhood asymptotically. The effectiveness and dynamic tracking performance of the proposed control strategy is validated via simulation and experi-mental results.     

多维离散变换与小波的并行算法及其实现

讨论了多维 DCT和多维 DWT的并行行列算法和并行多项式变换算法 ,并用 Log P模型对算法进行了分析。在仔细分析一维和二维离散小波变换与小波包变换计算结构的基础上 ,提出了它们的并行算法。算法只需相对较少的通信时间 ;适合大规模并行机 ( MPP)和工作站或微机机群系统 ;方法也适合信号处理中的各种塔式分解过程。用 Fortran语言和 PVM编制了算法的程序。在机群系统和大规模并行机上的实验表明 ,算法是正确的且具有较高的加速比。
